- Depending on the HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Partner, only payments at specified stores, for specified types of purchases, or payments up to specified amounts will earn HawaiianMiles. Be sure to consult the HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Partner listing at HawaiianAirlines.com.
- Where a HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Partner is also participating in other HawaiianMiles award programs, miles will be awarded in accordance of only one HawaiianMiles award program.
- The HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Program is designed to award Miles to individual consumers who are current Hawaiian Airlines credit or debit cardholders as an incentive to patronize HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Partners. Hawaiian Airlines and Third Party HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Program Facilitator/Administrator (hereinafter “HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Administrator”) reserve the right to withhold the award of HawaiianMiles where it is determined that the underlying card payment(s) represent payment(s) for commercial or other such purposes wherein the goods and services are not purchased, or paid for, primarily for the use of, or consumption by, the cardholder for non-commercial purposes.
- Miles are credited to the HawaiianMiles frequent flyer account shown on the front of your Hawaiian Airlines credit or debit card.
- Miles are credited to your frequent flyer account only after your purchases appear on your Hawaiian Airlines credit or debit card statement.
- Crediting to your frequent flyer account occurs 30 to 60 days after you pay with your Hawaiian Airlines credit or debit card, net of any refunds or credits. HawaiianMiles appear in your online HawaiianMiles frequent flyer mileage statement generally in the month following the appearance of the purchase in your monthly credit or debit card statement.
Mileage Errors, Refunds and Retroactive Credit
- Refunds and credits against payments made from HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Partners during the period that they are participating in the HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive program result in reversals of miles earned.
- Such reversals show as a negative amount in your HawaiianMiles frequent flyer mileage statement unless HawaiianMiles earned during the period from the same Partner exceed the reversed miles, in which case the frequent flyer mileage statement will show a net amount.
- In the event that payments to HawaiianMiles Cardholder Exclusive Partners do not result in HawaiianMiles earned 60 days after the time of payment, contact the HawaiianMiles Service Center. HawaiianMiles Service Center can investigate such discrepancies for retroactive crediting when you present the original charge receipt displaying the name of merchant, date, charge amount, credit card number and authorization code, and HawaiianMiles Service Center is able to verify that the payment was reflected as a charge on your Hawaiian Airlines credit or debit card statement.
